What Personal Information Do We Collect?

Information Collected Directly

Registration Information

In order to use this Services to buy or sell a home, the home seller or buyer must first create a username and password. During registration, users are required to give the Company contact information, such as their name, email address, home address, and phone number.

Loan or Realty Requests

If you submit a loan or realty request through the Site, you will be required to provide detailed information about each loan or realty request such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, property address, and price range.

Note that by submitting a loan and/or realty request, you expressly consent to being contacted by us, or our service providers acting on our behalf, and by Lenders and Real Estate Agents via phone, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses, so that we may facilitate your request and provide the Services to you.

If you use the “Contact Us” page of the Site, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number and information regarding your request.

Reviews and Ratings

If you choose so submit a review and/or rating of any participating banks, lenders, or brokers (collectively, “Lenders”) and/or real estate agents (“Real Estate Agents”) in our network (a “Review”), we may collect your name and any other information you provide in your review. Information Collected Indirectly

Usage Information - Profile

Company stores information collected through cookies, or log files to create a “profile” of user preferences. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. Company ties user’s personal information to information in their profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and improve the content of the Site for user.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Company and its partners, affiliates, analytics, or service providers use technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the Site and Services, tracking users’ movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

Aggregated Data

With the personal information and other data collected by us, we process “Aggregated Data”, such as statistical or demographic data. Aggregated Data may be derived from personal information, but is not considered personal information under the law if it does not directly or indirectly reveal an individual’s identity. If we combine or connect Aggregated Data with personal information so that it can directly or indirectly identify an individual, we treat the combined data as personal information, which will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Behavioral Targeting/ Re-Targeting

We partner with a third party to either display advertising on our Site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this Site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

When you submit information to for a loan or realty request, we use this information to facilitate and provide you the Services you request, including without limitation, matching you with our network of participating Lenders, and Real Estate Agents (“Real Estate Agents”).

In addition, depending on how you use the Services, we may use your information to:

·         Deliver direct marketing communications to you regarding our products and services that we may think are of interest to you;

·         Respond to your queries and requests, or otherwise communicate directly with you (including, without limitation, via SMS text messages);

·         Detect any fraudulent or illegal activity against you, the Company, or its other customers and users of the Services;

·         Perform system maintenance and upgrades, and enable new features;

·         To comply with a legal or regulatory obligation (for example, keeping records of our sales for tax compliance); and

·         Provide information to regulatory bodies when legally required, and only as outlined below in Legal Obligations and Security.

Do We Disclose Any Personal Information to Outside Parties?

We will share or sell your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy. Your trust and confidence are our highest priority. Disclosures to Third Parties Assisting In Our Operations

If you submit a loan and/or realty request, we will share your information with any Lenders and/or Real Estate Agents that we have matched you with.

Note that Lenders and Real Estate Agents are not our service providers, and they may use your personal information differently than we do, and we do not control their use of your information. Please make your choice to share your information carefully and review your agreements with, and the privacy notices of, all other third parties you decide to share your information with, if applicable.

Company will not be able to contain or retrieve personal information once it has been shared or disclosed, and Company will have no responsibility or liability for any consequences that may result because we have released or shared personal information with others in connection with your request.

Disclosures Under Special Circumstances

If we are required to disclose personal information by law, such as pursuant to a subpoena, warrant or other judicial or administrative order, our policy is to respond to requests that are properly issued by law enforcement within the United States. Under such circumstances, unless prohibited by applicable law, we will attempt to provide you with prior notice that a request for your information has been made in order to give you an opportunity to object to the disclosure. We will attempt to provide this notice by email, if you have given us an email address. However, government requests may include a court-granted non-disclosure order, which prohibits us from giving notice to the affected individual. In cases where we receive a non-disclosure order, we notify the user when it has expired or once we are authorized to do so.

Note that if we receive information that provides us with a good faith belief that there is an exigent emergency involving the danger of death or serious physical injury to a person, we may provide information to law enforcement trying to prevent or mitigate the danger (if we have it), to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Business Transfers 

We may share your personal information with other business entities in connection with the sale, assignment, merger or other transfer of all or a portion of Company’s business to such business entity. We will require any such successor business entity to honor the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Security & Data Retention

Company follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information you submit to Company, both during transmission and once Company receives it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to the Services (e.g., requests for support).

Company understands the importance of protecting children's privacy in the interactive online world. The Site is not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children under 18 years of age. Sensitive Information

Who and what information is subject to these CCPA Disclosures?

Your Rights and Choices

Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information

You have the right, at any time, to opt-out from the sale of your personal information to third parties. We sell Consumer’s information to Lenders and Real Estate Agents as described in this Privacy Policy. Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable Consumer request, we will disclose to you:

·         Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.

Deletion Request Rights

Please note that we do not control the use of your information by Lenders and/or Real Estate Agents that has been shared with such Lenders and/or Real Estate Agents in connection with a loan and/or realty request made by you. Any request for the deletion of your information by Lenders and/or Real Estate Agents will need to be directed to the applicable Lenders and/or Real Estate Agents.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:

·         Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.

·         Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.

·         Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.

·         Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.

·         Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et. seq.).

·         Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.

·         Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with Consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.

·         Comply with a legal obligation.

·         Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable Consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable Consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable Consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable Consumer request must:

·         Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.

·         Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable Consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable Consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to further 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable Consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance, specifically by electronic mail communication.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable Consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.


We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

·         Deny you goods or services,

·         Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties,

·         Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services, or

The Site and Services, and Company’s servers, are operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that your information, including your personal data, may be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
